- We'll ensure that you understand the impact your future IP assets may have (this can include discussions around IP commercialisation, IP licensing, using IP as collateral, and other means to get the most from your intellectual property)
- We'll ensure that you have the correct IP protection in place (we'll assess potential IP risks that may arise (or have already arisen) so you are clear on what needs to be done
- We'll ensure you have an outline for how to manage your IP into the future (so this will be expert advice (at a top level) on how to manage your IP assets, how to monitor your IP, potential steps for IP enforcement, potential opportunities for IP development and more)
Stage 2 - Create a Strategy
Through our Bespoke IP Strategy Service:
Based on the IP audit, and what we have come to learn about your business, we’ll build you a full IP strategy that will support your current and future business goals. This means working with you to build out procedures that you can implement into the daily running of your business to bring this IP strategy to life.
Stage 3 - Implement & Manage
Through our IP Management Service:
- We'll look after your IP strategy on an ongoing basis to ensure everything is implemented correctly, your IP protection for your IP assets are in place, and everything is running according to the strategy. We work with hand picked, trusted third-party IP experts to ensure your patents, trademarks, and copyrights are properly protected and kept up to date
- We'll regularly monitor the market for possible IP infringements and stay current with your competitors IP status too
- We'll work with you to train an in-house employee to become your IP Manager, who can then manage your IP internally (with ongoing mentoring)
- We'll be on hand to answer all of your intellectual property concerns or questions around your IP strategy through scheduled monthly meetings and ad hoc calls to help you manage your IP effectively now and into the future.
